With three decades of experience navigating the corporate world, I have had the privilege of immersing in five diverse cultures: Indian, American, Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans. My relentless business travels across India and visiting more than 30 countries granted me unparalleled exposure. Managing a huge scale of operations, overseeing 20,000 channel sales force, empowering over 1,000 SMEs through the dedication of 450 team members— gave me opportunity to experiment and get insight into constantly sought Leadership Questions: What works and why? What strategies yield tangible results? What changes are sustainable in long run and ensure a success that stands test of times? What elevates a company, a leader, or an individual to the level of becoming Legendary and Unforgettable? And on the other hand, why do countless capable individuals fall short of their potential, failing to make a lasting impact?
Integrating all these experiences with my insights from Psychology, Neuroscience, Positive Intelligence, Performance Science, ICF coaching Competencies, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy and coaching over a hundred individuals, I realized that everyone can upgrade their mind to higher-order thinking, maximize efficiency and effectiveness, enjoy deeper relationships; thereby creating a more fulfilled self, and a nurturing ecosystem, with some effort and support.
