About My journey
My journey of 30 years in corporate is full of turning around individuals and organisations. However, I could not stop myself from changing gears at the age of 54, in order to make a much meaningful difference on a bigger canvas by becoming a transformational coach.
My work goes beyond theoretical knowledge. It is rooted in hands-on experience, accumulated over the years in leadership positions with industry giants like Toyota, GM, Hyundai, and Ashok Leyland. This helped me to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, cultures, and human behaviour. Further, I honed my skills and expertise, delving into the depths of new-age sciences – Positive Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt, and ICF Coaching Competencies.
Realising that these tools, when combined, possess an incredible ability to unlock the untapped potential of individuals and organizations, hence I founded ‘The Nine Tenth – a differentiated coaching and consulting service. ‘The Nine Tenth’ stands apart from the crowd by daring to defy limitations. We embrace the infinite possibilities that lie beyond the confines of convention. My commitment is to guide individuals and organizations towards their extraordinary futures, where innovation, creativity, and unorthodox thinking thrive.
Drawing upon my expertise in Neurological Levels of Changes and Time Line therapy, I empower individuals to break free from their barriers. It is a remarkable journey that involves diving deep into their beliefs, values, and identities.
